Poison Tail Swim Jig Mustad (Fluke, Sea Bass, Striper in Red Bank, New Jersey

These  jigs were originally made for saltwater fishing off the East Coast. We specifically use these off the Nantucket shoals for doormat fluke. We also started using these jigs off New Jersey/ New York for offshore seabass, fluke, tile fish (blue and golden), rose fish, barrel fish, cod, pollack, haddock, bluefish, and mahi-mahi. The Poison Tail design has a forward placed line tie, which allows the jig to be pulled along the bottom easier without digging into the bottom. Another great feature of the forward line tie is that it can be used on a dropper loop, Hi-Lo (Popcorn), or standard rig.Each skirt is wire tied and has three layers of paint to ensure durability.Now offering three different hooks to choose from a 6/0 WIDE GAP (more traditional jig hook) and the 6/0 SICKLE 2x and 1x(as shown in the picture). Please refer to the picture for comparison. Each hook enables you to use bigger baits and GULP! This jig can handle a 6-inch GULP grub with no problem.I have been fishing for over 25 years and use the same jigs/rigs that are being sold on this site!I am happy to answer any questions.
